Simulation of Heat and Water Transport on Different Tree Canopies: A Finite Element Approach

چکیده
Heat and water transport modeling is a widely explored topic in micro-meteorology, agriculture, forestry. One of the most popular models Simultaneous Water (SHAW) model, which includes partial differential equations (PDEs) for air-soil temperature humidity, but with priori discretized PDE foliage each canopy layer; it solved using finite difference method shape defined as simple rule proportionality total quantities such leaf area index. This work proposes novel characterization based on Weibull distribution, providing continuous vertical function capable fitting any tree species. allows formulating fully SHAW-derived numerically by element approach P1 Lagrange type. For this approach, several numerical experiments were carried out to understand how well distinguishable canopies influences heat transport.

FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER IN FRICTION STIR WELDING OF AL 7050
Friction welding is widely used in various industries. In friction welding, heat is generated by conversion of mechanical energy into thermal energy at the interface the work pieces during pin rotation under pressure. A three-dimensional thermo mechanical simulation of friction stir welding (FSW) processes is carried out for Aluminium Alloys of 6061and 7050 where the simulation results are comp...
متن کاملa study on rate making and required reserves determination in reinsurance market: a simulation
reinsurance is widely recognized as an important instrument in the capital management of an insurance company as well as its risk management tool. this thesis is intended to determine premium rates for different types of reinsurance policies. also, given the fact that the reinsurance coverage of every company depends upon its reserves, so different types of reserves and the method of their calc...
simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
on translation of politeness strategies in dialogues involving female characters in translations and retranslations of novels translated before and after the islamic revolution of iran and their effects on the image of women: a polysystem theory approach
abstract reception environment has considerable effects on accepting a translation. as the expectations of a target culture and its values and needs change throughout history, its criteria for accepting a translation or rejecting it will change accordingly (gentzler, 2001). the expectations of iran, as the reception environment in the present study, have changed after the islamic revolution. i...
